Moeve and Exolum invest close to 300 million euros in new infrastructure at the Port of Huelva to help drive the energy transition

The companies announce the construction of new loading and unloading facilities that will connect to the upcoming 2G biofuel plant, set to become the largest 2G biofuel complex in Southern Europe.

Moeve, Exolum, and the Port Authority of Huelva today unveiled the new loading and unloading infrastructure currently under construction at the Port of Huelva. This infrastructure will enhance operational capabilities and serve the new 2G biofuel plant being developed by Moeve and its partner at the La RĂ¡bida Energy Park in Palos de la Frontera. The projects, called “Muelle Sur” and “Poliducto”, represent an investment of 299 million euros. They mark a significant step forward in the company’s commitment to operational efficiency, as well as its transformation process to lead sustainable energies powered by green molecules.
